can a buyer acquire product samples ?

Absolutely. We will send free samples gladly to buyers so that they can inspect the quality and appearance of the coconut charcoal briquettes before dealing an order. We usually send 1 kg of sample or less. We don’t charge the samples, but the buyer will take responsibility for the sample shipment. The shipping fee can be paid with PayPal or Western Union. What is your minimum qty order ?

We only do wholesale orders. Thus we can only deal with charcoal briquettes in bulk order. The minimum order size is 1×20″ container. We don’t process orders if the quantities are less than one container load (approximately 18 tons). It’s because shipping lines won’t accept smaller volumes to be sent in an LCL. One 20-foot container can typically hold about 18 tons of briquettes, while a 40-foot container can hold nearly 25 tons.

The production capacity is up to 6 tons per day approximately. The other running order can also affect this capacity.
